Day 0: What to Expect

We wish to invite you for a 21-day challenge and today is Day 0: What to Expect – the creation of the post and intentions.

Starting day 1 – 11th December 2020, there will be corresponding links on every post that will lead you to Deepak Chopra’s meditation. We, Trouvaille team, wanted to end year 2020 with some ray of hope that’s why we made this post, a 21-day little treat before January 2021. [2020, a year of pandemic outbreak]

The most creative act you will ever undertake is the act of creating yourself.

Rules and Arrangements

1. You have 24 hours to complete the reflection and required task. I will lay out everything the night before or the very first thing in the morning.

2. Finish Deepak Chopra’s meditation before doing the task.

3. Be fully focused on the daily task, allocate time and space for it.

4. If in the task you need to write something, write by hand, with a pen or pencil on paper. Ideally, you can use a notebook as your journal for this journey.

5. Please send questions and the like in a private message to me. No need to leave comments or “thanks” in the group. Let’s keep this space clear so as not to lose sight of the practice and meditation.

6. If you can no longer participate or complete the task within 24 hours for any reason, please let me know. Again, no judgment. It is important to maintain the flow so that the energy input into this process does not dissipate.

7. After completing the daily task, please write the completion statement. For example, “Day 1 done” as a confirmation for all of you. There will be days in which I will ask you to leave other comments.

Task for Day 0

Please click on this link that will lead to Deepak Chopra’s interview with Oprah in Spotify as an intro to the meditative experience. It explains the importance and role of the centering thought, mantra, etc.

Centering Thought

“Today, I constantly attract abundance with my thoughts”

I recommend writing the phrase in a notebook and return to it several times, the more the better. Mahatma Gandhi taught us to remember that our thoughts generate words, words generate actions, actions generate habits, habits generate character, and character breeds destiny.

If you read all the rules and agree to follow them, please write in the comment “Day 0 done.” That’s all for today!

Please take note:
