Overview
We were entrusted with the design of Kapitolyo, an upscale 4-storey rowhouse residential project located in the Philippines. Kapitolyo is envisioned as an exclusive residential development targeting mid to high-class families seeking an efficient layout coupled with functionality. The design prioritizes several key features, including dedicated parking for four vehicles, a private elevator, an internal atrium, four bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, and a separate maid’s room.
The design concept for Kapitolyo aims to seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with functional and comfortable living spaces. It should reflect the aspirations and lifestyle of the target demographic, emphasizing sophistication, convenience, and a sense of luxury.
