Overview
We were commissioned to design a two-story residential house in Pampanga, Philippines, known as the Victorino Project. The client’s vision was a harmonious blend of modern tropical aesthetics infused with minimalist design principles. This spacious residence is intended to comfortably accommodate 7 to 10 occupants, including family members, as well as provisions for the maids’ and drivers’ quarters. The design must effectively segregate the family and staff areas, while offering a variety of amenities and spaces for both relaxation and recreation.
The Victorino Project seeks to create a tranquil and luxurious oasis that seamlessly integrates modern aesthetics with the natural beauty of its tropical surroundings. The minimalist design approach ensures a clutter-free, serene living environment. The segregation of family and staff areas respects the occupants’ privacy while maintaining functionality and efficiency.
